The challenge

CORREN SA needed to accelerate their software delivery backlog in a cost-controlled manner. Their internal team was fully stretched and unable to take on new feature work without risking production stability. They required senior engineers familiar with Java enterprise and WCS who could integrate into their existing workflow without a long ramp-up.

Our approach

MIBNtech provided a nearshore team of 2 senior Java/WCS engineers operating in CET timezone — the same timezone as CORREN SA's Geneva office. The team was fully embedded in CORREN's Jira, GitHub, and Slack from day 2. A weekly sync and biweekly demo replaced the traditional vendor status reports.

All code was reviewed by MIBNtech's senior lead before merging, ensuring production-quality standards were maintained from the first sprint.
